Dennis O’Neill experienced the presence of the Holy Spirit at age 12 while praying in the chapel at the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre in Quebec. After years of searching, he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in 1980. Soon thereafter, Dennis again experienced being filled with the Holy Spirit and received inner healing prayer from a Christian counselor. This was his introduction to prayer ministry.
Dennis has had the opportunity to minister through prayer in church settings, at conferences, in group ministry programs, in healing services and in one-on-one emotional healing and deliverance ministry.
He studied with the Global Awakening College of Ministry in their Christian Healing Certification Program. Having completed the required courses and a residency period, Dennis is certified as a Master Equipper. He is trained to minister physical healing, emotional healing and deliverance as well as to train others in these prayer disciplines. He is continuing his studies, pursuing a Master of Arts in Biblical and Practical Theology at Global Christian University.
Dennis is also credentialed as a licensed minister through the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening.
Dennis founded Restoring Wholeness Ministries as a platform to offer prayer ministry to those in need and to train and equip others for ministry.
